GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
Producer guarantees and right of withdrawal
All products sold by Beauty Hair by Tiziana Salvati, later called Beauty Hair enjoy the manufacturer's guarantee. The proof of purchase is represented by the purchase invoice.
Right of withdrawal
The law (Legislative Decree 22/05/99. n.185) guarantees the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.
In order to exercise this right reserved for natural persons, therefore with the exception of purchases made by companies, you must send Beauty Hair a simple communication to this effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, provided it is within 14 days of delivery of the goods, the Customer must follow the procedure indicated in the dedicated link at the bottom of each page of the site.
The Customer can enter their bank account details in the form for the refund (this information will be used in full compliance with privacy regulations and solely for the refund process).
By completing the appropriate forms on the site, the Customer will receive an email with a link to confirm the request.
By clicking on the link, the company will, without undue delay, send an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal via email, including its content and the date and time of transmission.
The right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc.)
- the right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware), once opened
- the purchased asset must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and ancillary equipment: manuals, cables, etc.)
- according to the law, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer
- the shipment, up to the certificate of actual receipt by our warehouse, is completely under the responsibility of the customer; it is therefore advisable to ship the products by insured mail or insured courier.
- in case of damage to the goods during transport, Beauty Hair will communicate the incident promptly to allow you to file a complaint against the carrier you have selected and obtain compensation (obviously if insured); in this case, the product will be returned to you, with shipping costs at your expense, at the same time cancelling the withdrawal request;
- it will be the customer's care to follow the shipment with their carrier and check for any irregular ity of the delivery; Beauty Hair is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with unsur insured shipments;
- upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the original internal/external packaging is spoiled, Beauty Hair will withhold from the refund due a percentage equal to 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoring the goods.
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damage ascertained to the original packaging, Beauty Hair will refund you the full amount already paid, within 14 days from the date of return of the goods. It will be the customer's concern to provide Beauty Hair in good time with the IBAN bank details on which to obtain the transfer (ABI Code - CAB - Bank Account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal totally lapses, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Beauty Hair understands:
- the lack of the original outer/inner packaging
- the absence of integrating elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.)
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Beauty Hair will return to the sender the purchased asset, charging the same the shipping costs.
Waiver
Any right of the customer to damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property caused by goods purchased from Beauty Hair

Applicable law
Each sales contract is understood to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law.
